We are building a self-sufficient community around our farmhouse and its 5 acre suroundings, incl garden, orchard, field and ancient forrest.
The caravan includes a double bed, a kitchenette, wash room, toilet, shower, and a sitting room.
Water and electricity are connected and included. Cooking and heating is on bottled gas. at your expense.
You will also share the ground floor of the house, comprising a porch, a hall, kitche/dinner, office, toilet, sitting room, conservatory and a room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Ideally, you will also engage in the self sufficiency project.
Currently we have chickens, sheep, orchard, section for raising pigs, polytunnel, and plan to also grow veg outside.
