We are building a self-sufficient community around our farmhouse and its 5 acre suroundings, incl garden, orchard, field and ancient forrest.

Bring your own caravan to live in.
Water and electricity will be connected and included. The caravan will have its own small private garden.

You will also share the ground floor of the house, comprising a porch, a hall, kitchen/dinner, office, toilet, sitting room, conservatory and a room with a washing machine and a dryer.

Ideally, you will also have an interest in the self sufficiency project. Currently we have chickens, sheep, orchard, section for raising pigs, polytunnel, and plan to also grow veg outside.
You can also rent an indoor working space/ room for any not-too-noisy business or interest you may have.
