The house has a sunny patio and greenhouse where vaping/ smoking is ok. No smoking/vaping in house.

The historic village of Bungay is situated 2 mins away by car and bus stop to destinations including Norwich is 1 minute away from the house. The house backs onto a green field and there is a nearby late opening shop for milk etc. Landlady stays downstairs with non noisy dog. She keeps all communal areas clean. 90%previous renters have stayed happily here for years, although short term rents are also fine:)
The landlady enjoys providing a home where there is a genuine welcome, in a clean, relaxed and comfortable space. Previous lodgers have all enjoyed their stay in this pleasant home.
