We're a friendly chill household looking for someone to live with in this lovely 4 bedroom house. We're three males (29-36) working in the arts and in education. We're a creative and nerdy house that enjoy film or games night as much as our own time. Were looking for someone who would fit in and will be friendly and keep things orderly. It's just 10 minutes from Wiveslfield train station or 15 minutes from Burgess Hill train station, and a two minute walk from Lidl.

The room is bright and spacious, with a wardrobe which can be removed if unwanted.

All bills included with fast WIFI/broadband.
Private off road parking available.
Deposit paid in advance with rent due on the 1st of every month. Fair use of communal spaces for everyone.

We have a medium sized dog who is a sweet but nervous rescue. Must be comfortable with living with a dog! No indoor smoking permitted, outdoors only.
