We are looking for a student to take up a room from September in our house as our former room mate is leaving uni and is wishing to find someone to replace her place in the property. Rent is paid every 3 months, on 22/9/18, 22/12/18, 22/3/19, although our tenants have been lenient on us paying rent upon us receiving student loans.

All current tenants of very relaxed and friendly, and all study music related subjects. We are not looking for anyone in particular, just someone who can come in and get along with everyone well.

Pictures from the website have been included, and will be happy for anyone interested to come round and check out the house.
