Large double room in 3 bed house 15 x 12 with single bed under storage ,50" wall mounted tv ,cupboards , 2 seater sofa & small desk .
In wall storage .
Smart central heating .
Compact kitchen , Kitchenette ,large livingroom, shower room, Porch
Garden & patio
Off road parking for upto 6 small cars .brand new driveway covered by cctv .
Side gate leading to 18 x 22 patio with wall mounted anchor for cycle/motorcycle .

Most of the time you would share the whole house with Kevin who has been here maybe 8 years plus & a 27 year old cockatiel who eats everything unhealthy !
I’m looking for someone tidy & reliable that will tidy up after themselves .

Couples may be concidered at extra cost ( + £200 ) but due to the kitchen size may not be ideal depending on your preferance .
You would need to be conciderate of the other tenant .

Thanks
Paul
