About us:
Congenial, open minded, friendly and easy going individuals, who are both working professionals.

We keep a clean, comfortable and tidy house, without being obsessive about it and am looking for similar in a housemate.
We enjoy the social niceties of a shared house, whilst respecting each others space when needed.

What we're hoping to find is a similarly minded, easy going house mate who's clean and tidy, willing to help with the house work and must be in full time employment,

Neither of us are party animals, so we tend to keep the more raucous elements of our social lives, away from the house.
We also both have a wide variety of interests that keep us occupied during our free time.

There is a well behaved, friendly female Border Collie that also lives at the house, who is currently un-spayed. This presents no issues day to day, but does mean any male dogs must be neutered.

Additional info:
Rent is based on single occupancy, non home working.

Home workers welcome, BUT please note rent will be higher to reflect the additional daytime energy and heating cost associated with working from home.

Heating is oil fired and the price varies throughout the year, so not included in the rent.
When refill is required, we find the cheapest quote and split the cost equally between the housemates.
Currently this works out at around £80-£140 pp every 4 - 5 months.

Available for evening and weekend viewing by appointment.
