A very well presented double bedroom with ensuite. Lovely light and airy room with the added benefit of air-conditioning.
The apartment is very central and parking is not great.

I am a therapist and my practice is in the apartment. So I would need a quite lodger during the day. I spend some of the week at my girlfriends, so a few evenings during the week Im not there.

I co parent my two young children who are in the home one / two nights a week and every other weekend. Because of this my ex wife has asked that I only have a female lodger (apologies gents)
