Hello! We are looking for a new housemate to replace me from 1st September. We are four recently-graduated art and humanities students, LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent-friendly, enjoy soft lighting and smooth jazz. You have a choice of two rooms - one is the current living room and larger (second photo, probably £835), the other is smaller and currently a bedroom (third-sixth photos £815), so we can swap the rooms around accordingly. The neighbours are calm and have two cats who visit daily. The bills are around £60 a month, and £50 council tax. Due to the council tax situation we would prefer not to live with students, unless you are willing to contribute to it! Let us know if you would like to come for a viewing. Lots of love! <3
