A short term opportunity to rent our double bedroom in a beautiful two-storey apartment, available now. The room comes furnished with a desk and chair, making it an easy setup if you work from home. It also has a clothing rail and we will add some further draws to make sure enough space for clothes.

I am travelling from 11/09-10/10 so we're looking for a sublet for our spare room whilst I'm away. Happy to be flexible on extra weeks if needed. My partner will still be living in the property. She is 28 years old and works as a nurse down the road at Kings College Hospital. This is a listing for female renters only.

Beyond the bedroom, you'll have full use of our separate living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The whole flat gets a lot of natural light, which makes a real difference on grey days. The local area has lots to offer. A big green space is 5 minutes walk away at Burgess Park. Camberwell has a wide variety of great restaurants and pubs.

Transport is one of the best things about the location — both Overground and Underground stations are a short walk away, so getting into central London is straightforward.
