We’re looking for a social, clean and outgoing person to join our flat in the heart of Camberwell.

The available room is a large, bright and airy double bedroom in a modern flat that’s in excellent condition throughout. The flat is fully furnished and benefits from two bathrooms, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a spacious open-plan living area, making it a great place to relax or work from home.

The location is great – we’re just off Camberwell High Street, with loads of cafés, pubs (GHT a favourite), restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. Denmark Hill station is only a 10-minute walk away which has quick connections into Central London (11 min to Blackfriars).

Also FYI the flat is professionally cleaned every two weeks, with the cost shared equally between the flatmates, so it’s always kept nice.

About us

You’ll be living with two 26-year-old male professionals. We both work full-time, Rory mostly from home and Arjan mostly from the office. We both keep the flat very clean and tidy, and would be looking for someone who did the same.

Outside of work we have busy social lives and share the same friend group, so whilst everyone has their own space, we also enjoy going to the pub, having flat dinners, and going out together. We’re looking for someone we could be friends with, rather than just someone to take the room, and an ideal flatmate would want the same.

Also! In terms of move in date: the flat is available from October however we can be flexible and make this from September. For context; Jake our friend is moving out with his girlfriend, so even though his tenancy is up in October with us, he can move earlier if this is easier for you.
