Looking for someone to take my room in a houseshare, ideally by the start of April. The house has just finished renovations early in March, so everything is literally be brand new.
The house has just been extended and refurbished with a new open-plan kitchen and living room. Including a washer dryer, dishwasher and all new appliances.

Newly fitted French doors connect the kitchen to patio garden. The house also has a small terrace with table and chairs above the garden.

Current housemates are a great mix of people who work from home and from offices or in local cafes. House is also a mix of people from all over the world who have all met through moving in here.
House activities, parties, BBQs all often so probably best for someone more social.

Any new housemate will be dependent on the agreement of the rest of the house, so would be great for you to come round and meet everyone :)
