We are looking for a tidy and easy going person to take over the room as our flatmate is moving out.

Our flat is on the upper floor of a building and made by 2 en-suite bedrooms, 2 smaller bedrooms with a shared bathroom, storage space, kitchen, a cosy living room and a balcony. The room that is available for viewing is the en-suite.

The area is full of pubs, restaurants and parks within easy walking distance and very close to Peckham, Kings College Hospital, Camberwell Arts School and Brixton.
