Flat has two balconies, spacious living room and a separate kitchen diner. Balconies get such good sunlight & very well lit flat.

10-15 min walk to camberwell or Kennington station. Near two parks.

The landlord is so nice, he is not letting the property for a profit, will fix things with no issues.
