I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
It is in a lovely bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony located in Camberwell. The flat is on the 5th floor.

Great location as it has direct connections to Euston , Liverpool street and a short bus ride to Elephant and Castle station. Bus stops are 5 mins walk from the apartment.
Northern line is 10 mins far by bus, Victoria line is 16-18 mins.

You would be sharing the flat only with one working/studying female. You would have a double room to yourself and also the rest of the flat that has a warm home feeling to share. The flat is fully equipped and furnished, we have a lot of storage , so you’d be all set to move in as soon as it’s available.

Available from the 8th of March.
