I’m looking for someone to take up the remaining term of my contract. I am leaving the country on the 21st of March 2026 but I’m willing to negotiate the move in date within reasonable limits.

Bills have already been paid for the entire duration of the stay as discussed between me and the property owner so that’s not an expense you will have to make.

It’s a 10 mins walk to Camberwell College of Arts and a 5 mins walk to the Kings College Hospital.

Great bus frequency here and a 15-20 mins bus ride to oval and elephant and castle tube stations. Excellent location for anyone who has just moved to London and wants good connectivity to the city.
