Please note: This let is for ONE MONTH ONLY from 25th July - 25th August. You will have the larger room and use of the whole flat. This offer will really suit you if you want your own space and peace and quiet as I will be away for 3 weeks of the month.

It's a very quiet flat in a block of 6 flats. The railway runs behind the flat. I don't hear the trains anymore but sometimes it takes a few days to get used to. There is a beautiful tree in the front which i put lights in .. to light up the neighourhood! And there is a communal garden at the back, which you can leave bikes in. People tend not to use the back garden much, so we have a resident family of foxes there. It's just nice have the trees at the back as well as the front.

I have a piano keyboard in the living room which you are welcome to play if you play piano.

If you are a couple I request that you pay £1000 for the month to accommodate higher bills usage

I am very friendly, easy going, I work in communication so do a lot of talking and listening in my work and so am quite quiet in my own flat as a place to recharge and listen to podcasts and integrate and process life!
