Lovely double en-suite room available in Camberwell. The room offers a small double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and own bathroom with toilet and shower. It is located on the first floor, with a quiet street and private view.

There are eight en-suite rooms in the house. For the time being, there are four people living here all for at least two years. The rooms are for single use. You will hardly see anyone in the house as all are professionals and working long hours.

There's a shared kitchen with fridge and freezer, a living room, a small garden where you can put your bikes and scooters, and parking space in front of the house for motorbikes. Cars can also be parked right outside the house or on nearby streets.

The property is located 5 minutes away from the vibrant streets of Camberwell. There are many shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, and other facilities nearby. It is an 8 minute bus ride to Kennington, 20 minute bus ride to Westminter, London Bridge and central London.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED, including council tax, gas, electricity, and broadband. The initial payment is one month's rent of £825 and a deposit of £825, making a total of £1650. The landlord, however, can be flexible and offer deposit installments if needed (For example instead of paying all £1650 at once, you can pay one month's rent and half of the deposit for the first month, and the rest the following month). They are also very quick to fix things when requested as they work nearby at King's Hospital.
