I’m a lawyer currently completing my training contract, and I’m looking for a flatmate to join us in a new-build townhouse as my current flatmate is moving out. The property is located in Denmark Hill, Camberwell. It’s very well connected to the city. Denmark Hill is the closest train link, and there are plenty of frequent buses located a few minutes walk away from the property.

Ideally looking for a new flatmate to move in on 11 July.

It’s a clean, respectful and sociable household. Often busy with work during the week, so looking for a someone with a similar lifestyle, and who values a calm, professional, and tidy home.
