My friend Hannah (34, works in music) lives in my spare room and will share the flat.

Perfect for someone needing a short term stay whilst they test the area or are between places.

We’re professionals so the flat suits someone who is quiet in the week but fancies going out at the weekend. As I own the flat, and my friend lives here, I want it to go to the right fit and be looked after 😊
