I’m leaving my room in camberwell and looking for someone to replace me. It’s a great sized room with double bed and lots of space for a big desk. It’s also really bright with lots of natural light from the big windows.

The room comes furnished, everything will stay except the desk chair and coat stand which I will be taking with me.

The flat is on the main road that runs through Camberwell and is right next door to Camberwell UAL uni. There are bus stops right outside the door and it’s a 10/15 minute walk to Peckham rye station.

The current flatmates are both working professionals.

Rent is 750£ per month with all bills included.
Available 9th July.
Deposit is 5 weeks rent
