My flatmates and I are looking for a fourth male flatmate that could join us from March onwards.

Who are we? One of us is an artist, the other a consultant and one works for a Spa (me). Whether you are studying or working, I can guarantee that you will have a blast with us. We live "a family spirit", where we share nice meals, drinks and other moments together.

What about the flat? The flat is located in Camberwell, 7 mins walk to Denmark Hill overground station and King's College Hospital. It is a flat with two bathrooms, one big living room, one basement, one kitchen and a tiny garden (with a BBQ).

What about room 1? The room is quite big and you will be able to store several things in there. There is a double size-bed, desk, chair and shelves.
What about the stay? We are looking for someone who could join us from March (any day) and stay with us up until our lease ends, which is on 30th of June 2026. Therefore a 3-4month stay overall.

Rent for the room? £1,050 + bills.
