Come join us in our newly renovated, super spacious and friendly 3 bedroom share house in Camberwell! We have a room available from the 1st August and we're hoping for someone to stay for 12 months (just like us!).

About the house:
A large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house share with living room, working from home room and large garden.

You would be living with the two current flatmates, both in our early to mid 30’s and ideally looking for someone around the same age.

We both live quite busy lives with work and hobbies, but also like the odd night in together for a beer/wine at home – or out in one of the locals!

The house itself has a relaxed and homely feel and it’s important to us that we find the right person to keep it that way. We also like to keep it very clean and tidy, and everyone pitches in to keep the place nice.

As you will see from the photos, we also have a working from home area, where you would be more than welcome to set up your desk!

There is also a basement for extra storage

If the above sounds like you then please get in touch! Ideally we would prefer someone that works from the office a couple of days per week to keep a nice balance in the house, however this is a preference and we don’t want to control your work schedule!

The location:
From right out our front door, you can catch buses that are around 10 mins bus to Elephant and Castle, 17 mins to London Bridge
It's a short walk to Camberwell Main Street where you have buses pretty much to anywhere in London, and it's a 15-20 min walk to Denmark Hill Station

The room itself:
Comes with the bed, drawers and wardrobe as pictured. All of these are two years old

Viewings:
We plan to hold viewings on Saturday 22nd June. Move in Date would be August 1st.

Bills:
Bills come to around £90 (fluctuates slightly) a month each, including internet, gas, electricity, council tax and TV licence.
