I am renting out my guest room and looking for a new flatmate, SHORT TERM.. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, storage and small sofa chair. The flat is a 2 bedroom flat with an all amenities kitchen, modern bathroom and comfy living room and its in a very quiet area in Camberwell very close to Elephant/Kennington and Oval. You will be sharing the flat only with me (its a 2 bedroom flat) . You must be easy going, clean and tidy , respectful, you have to like cats (2 adorable tuxedos) and happy to leave in a friendly and chilled home. The rent is only 950 all inclusive which is great for this area and the flat even has a small garden. Say hi!
