The room will cost £900 per month (+ bills which are another £60-£80 per month).

The house has a decent sized kitchen, large living room and 2 bathrooms.

We all work in the office 3-5 days a week so the weekdays are fairly chilled and quiet. On weekends we’re often out with our partners or relaxing in the house watching films or sports.

We have pretty decent transport connections nearby with Oval and Brixton tubes about a 10 min bus journey away.

We also have Loughborough Junction and Denmark Hill overground stations within 10 mins walk.

Camberwell High St is 2 mins from the house with loads of cool pubs, restaurants, gyms and a Morrisons, tesco express and Lidl.
