I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out. The room should be available from around February (exact date flexible depending on paperwork).

It’s a small/medium double room in a spacious flat with lots of storage. The flat has a large living room, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom plus a separate WC, which makes sharing much easier.
