Hi! I’ve got a bright double room available in my 3-storey townhouse on a quiet street right in the heart of Camberwell.

Rent: £900 per month
Bills: £100 (covers gas, electricity, water & WiFi — everything included)
Cash is the preferred monthly payment method if possible.

The house is in a great spot with shops, bars and cafés just around the corner. If you drive, we also have a driveway space available.

A bit about the household:

Saoirse – Live-in landlord. Irish, been living in London for 12 years. I work in sales Monday–Friday and tend to enjoy fairly chilled evenings at home during the week.

Minesh – Moved in a few months ago. He rents the single room midweek only and heads back to Birmingham to his family every Thursday.

Bonny – My 3-year-old cat and undisputed boss of the house. She has a cat flap and comes and goes as she pleases, she loves a cuddle.

About you:
Ideally someone friendly, independent and easy to live with, who isn’t allergic to cats and is happy to keep shared spaces tidy. If you message, please include a short intro about yourself and your situation.

Although this is listed as a full-time room, if you only need a midweek stay (like Minesh) I’d be open to discussing a reduced rate.
