The room:
It is a good size double room. It currently has a double bed and two bult in wardrobes. We’ll get more furniture for the room to suit whoever takes it depending on what they want.

The remainder of the property:
The whole property has recently been refurbished. It is a traditional Cornish cottage but renovated to a high standard. In addition to the bedroom you’ll have shred access to the kitchen, dining room, sitting room, utility and an office room.
Outside are large private gardens and a variety of outbuildings.

Location:
The property is located at Black Rock, Crowan. It is one of a half dozen properties on a farm complex. It is a very quiet and peaceful countryside location, around 10-15 minute’s drive to Redruth / Helston. Being centrally located both North and South coast are within fairly easy access. There are multiple nice country walks on the doorstep.
Given the location it is essential for a tenant to have their own transport and you will have a dedicated parking space.

What we are looking for in a tenant:
We’re looking for someone (or potentially a couple) who will look after the house like their own. It is our home rather than a dedicated rental property so we are looking for a tenant that will look after their space accordingly.

Rent is £700 a month which includes all bills including fibre to the property broadband.
