Hello –
I am looking for a new female lodger for anything from 3 - 9 months from Sept 15th 2022.
.
The house is lovely with a thriving garden full of herbs and fruit, a lovely open plan living/dining room and lots of light.
I have a herbal medicine garden here, so if you are interested in growing and herbs and gardening, that would be a big bonus.
You would be living with me, my 2 year old daughter and 2 friendly cats.
I’m looking for:
A mature, friendly, warm, female who is good at communicating. You must enjoy a clean home and be willing to participate in keeping it that way. But also be laid back about the chaos generated by living with a 2 year old :-).
I travel to visit my partner in Plymouth, so there will be plenty of opportunity for us each to have our own space.
Who are we:
I'm an artist and a herbalist, I do lots of creative projects that keep me busy. I’m not a fan of the TV, enjoy watching films here and there. I like having friends over for tea and dinner, eat a mostly vegetarian diet, enjoy using the kitchen to make good food and to make my own medicines that I dispense in my herbal clinic. I get up early and work from home from an office upstairs. My daughter is a lively, smiley bundle of joy who loves reading books and playing in the living room. She goes to bed between 7 and 9pm and is out of the house at nursery 4 days a week.
The room is a spacious double furnished with a bed, bedside table, built-in wardrobe, bookshelf and artist studio work table with built in flat file. There is a shower & bath, 2 toilets, no TV. Shared washing machine. Council tax, wifi and utilities are included in the price. There's a garden terrace with a table for sitting/eating outside. On street parking on both sides of the house.
Sorry, the room is no longer available
