I am currently travelling for work and am seeking a tenant for my double room with en-suite in Penryn. It's available from now until the end of March.

The property is a modern/recently refurbished house which is owned by one of the current tenants. It has a spacious well equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a communal dining room and lounge, a downstairs WC, and front and back garden with space for bicycle storage etc. Communal space is kept clean and tidy! The property is also just a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and has a parking space.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and storage space. It has an en-suite with a shower. All the pictures I've included are unfurnished (forgot to take some before I left!) but hopefully they can give you an idea of the space, the furniture is new/of a high standard.

Both tenants at the house are PhD students working at Penryn Campus with the University of Exeter. While we all enjoy a pint and socializing, the demands of our work are also high... as such I'm only really seeking mature professionals/post-grad students, it would be a bonus if you're somehow associated with either Falmouth or Exeter university.
