The house is in a quite area with great access to the town of Penryn and its many pubs, restaurants & quirky shops. The bus stop and train station are 5 and 10 minutes away and the Uni is a 5 minute walk.

We have a bike shed and there is free street parking.

We have a shared garden, living room and conservatory so there are many spaces to relax outside of your room.

The room has a bigger desk than pictured as we have upgraded it.

This room would suit somebody looking for a quiet, relaxed house sharing with two professionals. We are unable to accept guests during the tenancy.
