This is a family home for me and my 6 year old son. The house is mostly quiet, but as it's a family home, I do have visitors, which includes visiting children so it can get noisy but only during daytime hours!

Rent includes all bills, including council tax. The house is opposite the village pub and within walking distance to the university.

The double room upstairs is available, and the double room downstairs is taken. There is a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. Strictly, no smoking is allowed inside the house.

We share the living room and the bathroom, and there is a separate kitchen for the 2 lodgers to share between themselves with fridge, cooker, etc. There is a shared chest freezer in the utility room, which also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a small back garden with seating which gets lovely afternoon and evening sun.
