We are looking for a lodger to live in our bright & sunny room on the ground floor of our home. I live in the property with my son, 23yrs and our friendly cat, Luna. The room is equipped with a fridge, kettle and microwave plus use of the kitchen is also possible. There’s a WC in the ground floor and family bathroom on the 1st floor. Situated 7 mins walk to Mill Rd and the train station. 20/25 mins walk to Addenbrooks and the City Centre. We are a relaxed and sociable household, but also like our quiet time and space.
