We are looking for 2 quiet people, non- smoker for 2 double sized rooms, one with with an anexe. The house is equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer. There is a front and back enclosed garden.
The house is only suitable for people who are able to contribute towards cleaning. The house is quite central, located close to Gilbert Road and within 10 mins cycling from Cambridge Colleges and also within 15 mins cycling of the Cambridge science park, Milton Road, Chesterton, Castle Hill and with easy access to A14 and Histon. There are convenience shops, Budgeons, Coop and Aldi supermarkets within walking distance.
There are other rooms available.
