Hi we're looking for a housemate! We have an upstairs room available in a house in Central Cambridge. Rent is £550 plus bills which are about £100 not including council tax. Deposit is £633.75. Bills cover water, electricity, wifi and a cleaner twice a month.

We are a queer, trans and gender non-conforming, neurodivergent, disabled and meat free household! We enjoy being musical (and also very much appreciate the quiet), being whimsical, cooking for each other, and playing games together.

We're looking for someone who is 21+ with leftist values. You will have to be able to pass referencing.

Our house has 2 bathrooms; one with a bath and one with a shower, a kitchen, a downstairs living room, a small communal room upstairs and a garden.

Room is 260x277cm, will be unfurnished and can be available from end of July, please contact us if you're interested and you think you might be a good fit!
