I have a spacious and tidy double room available for rent in Northstowe, just north of Cambridge. The room comes with a full-sized bathroom and all bills included, including superfast full fibre broadband.

In addition to the comfortable living space, there is also a shared living room with a 55-inch TV, Xbox, and other entertainment amenities. The house also has parking space available for residents.

Northstowe has all the necessary amenities within walking distance, including a village Co-op and several takeaways, as well as a pub and social club. For bigger grocery shopping, a Tesco superstore is just a 10-minute drive away.

The guided busway is less than a 10-minute walk from the house, with regular buses to Addenbrookes Hospital, the Science Park, Cambridge city center, as well as St Ives and Huntingdon in the opposite direction. The busway also has a cycle route for most of the above. Additionally, with the new A14 upgrade, it's much easier to access everywhere locally, including Cambridge.
