A double room with a private bathroom is available for rent in Northstowe in a 2-bed home intially for 6 months (can be extended) starting 1st Oct, 2026 (few days earlier also possible). Longstanton P&R bus stop is 10-12 min walk where Buses A, B, 5 and T1 run every 10-15 mins during weekdays. Spare cycle is available.

The property has a dedicated parking spot. Ideally, I seek a working professional to occupy the room who keeps the private and common areas tidy and is respectful of quiet hours. I can consider a couple to occupy the double room for GBP 200/month extra.

If you are interested, kindly write me a short bio about yourself and your work/study/or other engagement.
