The room is big, 6x3m approx. It has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and a desk. The room views are South, to the garden and a small park. Plenty of light.
The house has two parking spots, living room, kitchen, storage rooms, cute garden with decking and two toilets (only one bathtub, though). There's a garage for bikes at the front and a convinient store and post office just accross the road.
There's a cleaner coming twice a month but I'm looking for a tidy housemate that also cleans after themselves.
I prefer no remote workers or WFH a max of 2 days a week.
