We have a very 'happy' house - all housemates are vetted by us and selected with current tenants in mind - we want everyone to get along and be comfortable in what will be their 'home'.

To be clear, this house consists of 2 ground floor studios which are pretty much self-contained and four individual first floor bedrooms two of which have ensuites. So although there are technically a maximum of 8 people in total in the house at any one time, you are actually only sharing bathroom facilities with 1 person and the kitchen area with 3 others. The kitchen has 4 kitchen pods which are all separate apart from a shared electric oven.
