A bright and cozy double bedroom is available in our warm and welcoming family home in Cherry Hinton. You'll be sharing the space with a friendly 49-year-old professional woman, a 24-year-old professional man, and an adorable 12-year-old Westie – a small, well-behaved dog who loves company.

The room is fully furnished and all bills are included—covering Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and council tax. You'll have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom. The house also features a driveway with parking space and a lovely garden with a patio—perfect for relaxing outdoors.

We’re currently setting up a home gym, which you’ll have access to. At the moment, it includes a treadmill, with more equipment to come soon.

We enjoy a cozy and relaxed home life, and our hobbies include cooking, baking, hiking, volleyball, salsa and taking dog for walks. We also love spending quality time together, whether it’s catching up, with a cup of tea, or simply unwinding in front of the TV.

We’re looking for a clean, respectful, and friendly tenant who will enjoy being part of a home environment. This room is ideal for a working professional or mature student seeking a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.
