We are two male PhD maths students (going into our fourth year) looking for a third flatmate. The flat is clean and modern, and the landlord is incredibly attentive. There is secluded bike parking on site with CCTV. Bills are expected to be about £80 pcm, though the exact bill/rent split is negotiable. You will have the option to stay after we leave.

No gender preference. We prefer people who are clean and considerate of the space. Smoker fine as long as you do it outside.

While we do expect this ad to appeal especially to students, any non-student tenant willing to take responsibility for the council tax bill is welcome. Since you are the only non-student tenant you will receive a discount. Our flat is Band C.
