Hello!

We are Oscar and Ben, and we're looking to two rooms in our home in Romsey which are both available from 12th August.

About the room
The house is located in quiet and residential Romsey, a 5 minute walk from Mill Rd in one direction and 5 mins from Coldham's Common in the other. By bike, you'll be 10 minutes from the City Centre and 5 minutes from the Beehive Centre.

The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely kitchen, and a gorgeous garden perfect for BBQs! There's a double living room area, with a dining table and a cosy sofa space.

Two rooms available:

£690 - Bigger double downstairs room
£630 - Smaller double upstairs (comes with landing space & landing wardrobe shared extra storage)

Bills are extra ~£55/month each and council tax is shared between working people (students are exempt)

About us:

Oscar (30M) is a doing a PhD in sustainability and loves wild swimming and making music. Ben (34M) is a primary school teacher, and loves groovy socks and making soup (they are delicious).

Oh, and the 30 tropical fish are core members of the family too!

We’re all pretty busy but pitching in to keep a tidy, clean and calm home is important to us. We love to cook meals together and live pretty communally.
