We are two professionals in our 30s looking for a third housemate from September 1st!

The house is a 3-bed terrace just a few mins from Cambridge Science Park, with Cambridge North a 12min walk, and the number 2 and PR5 buses just at the bottom of the road. The room available is a large single at £506 per month not including bills, which vary month-to-month (council tax band C and around £150 depending on the season)

We have a new boiler, new electric shower, south-facing living room, large gorgeous kitchen with underfloor heating, and a beautiful garden that we all chip in and help maintain.

The housemates: Yaz is a freelancer in marketing and also screenwriting/performing, and is interested in the theatre and film scene. Shannon works for a conservation charity in town and is into swimming/yoga/hiking. We're both easy going and looking for someone like-minded who is mature, quite clean and up for being in a social house - we do things together but also have our own lives. We're also looking for someone who works similar 9-5 hours as there is little to no sound insulation in the house. The single room likely isn't suitable for solely remote working due to size and shared spaces getting a bit crowded.

Ideally we're looking for another professional female-identifying person but we're flexible, and must be LGBTQ+ friendly. Also to note - the landlady is intending to sell the property within the year, so the tenancy will not be longer than 12 months.
