The house is terraced in a quiet and green neighbourhood. There are two double bedrooms, an office, a bathroom upstairs and a WC downstairs. There's also a back garden and free, on-street parking (plenty of spaces).
I have a 2.5 yr old Pembroke Corgi dog who is super friendly. Part of the deal is helping with taking him on a walk, feeding, staying with him when I am away, usually on weekends. Other dogs are unlikely to be a good match as mine can be reactive. Cats not considered as I'm very allergic, but rodents, birds, snakes, etc all good, as long as caged.
You would have the use of the room, bathroom/WC and kitchen (it's a bit dated, but all utensils, cookware, airfrier coffee machine, Ninja blender are available), but not office or lounge, unless I am away (e. g. travelling).
Your room is a double with a new IKEA Hemnes Bed, which opens up into a double-sized bed. There is a chest of drawers, bookshelf and desk, and a clothing rack.
Internet and water included, gas and electrics included on fair use (if you cook loads with the oven or love to keep the room super hot, we can decide how that can be split fairly). Council tax (band B) - a proportion of contribution towards the loss of single occupier discount based on length of stay is expected.
I'm a fairly clean and tidy person, so I expect some cleanliness and order, and some contributions to cleaning. I like peace and quiet, so guests are allowed during daytime hours. Overnight guests only on prior agreement.
