We are a group of 3 but looking for someone to replace one of the flatmate.

Bills not included and will be split 3 ways. (currently no council tax, wifi, electric, water, gas)

We are all medic/post-grad medic so most of the time we're in WSH or Addies. But we have no specification for who has to move in.
We try to maintain a clean environment so we hope whoever moves in will be happy with a fairly rotated cleaning rota for communal spaces.

Charge: 143 deposit + first months rent 640 then continues
