I am looking for someone to take over my sunny room in our houseshare on Newmarket Road.
The house is spacious with a big shared living room, kitchen and garden space.
There are two bathrooms shared between the upstairs and the downstairs room each.
Bills come out to ca. £105 monthly.
You will share the flat with three other young professionals/students that live together. We are looking for a friendly and social person to move in.
The bedroom comes furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe. You are also welcome to take over my drawer (see picture)
I have always enjoyed my time in the house and hope you will too!
