I'm afraid there's, No Working From Home between Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30. So it would be better suited to working professionals, unless as a postgraduate you are at your department, laboratory or library during the working day.

I am a female, freelance, architect, born in Chile, who grew up in the UK from the age of three. I studied at Cambridge and UCL. I speak English, Spanish and French.
• Room 1, the rear, garden-facing is available from 2nd August at 17:00.
• Room 2 the front-facing room is available from 2nd August at 17:00.
I can offer a weekly let via Airbnb for August only for both rooms if needed.
