I have annexed part of my beautiful home to make space for a lodger. The house is in the perfect location -central, quiet and leafy with all amenities just moments away.
The room and bathroom are on the top floor giving peace and privacy. It is good double, recently re-decorated and fully furnished. A cleaner comes every fortnight.

On the ground floor -separate from my own kitchen- is your own sit-in kitchenette. It is well equipped with microwave oven, air fryer and single hob, fridge/freezer. There's small patio area. Furthermore a large private downstairs living room.

I am looking for a quiet lodger as this is a peaceful, quiet house - not for the party person.

The price includes a contribution to bills and broadband.

Please note I have one small, old dog - so please do not apply if you don't like dogs. Not that you'll see her much!
