I'm looking for a female lodger to occupy a single room in my 2 bed-roomed modern flat.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly, easy-going, and considerate.


I don't allow alcohol or pork in the flat (however, I have no issue if you consume these outside!)
The property has plenty of natural light and the usual features of a flat. It's located in a pleasant, quiet area of Milton. It is close to Cambridge North train station, the A14 and A10 and convenient for those working at Cambridge Science Park/Business Park or the nearby surrounding area.

The rent will be inclusive of all bills including fibre-optic broadband. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, and there is an outside area for air-drying clothes. Off-road parking is also available, and secure bike storage is provided with entry code access.

A large Tesco, local shops and Milton cycle bridge are nearby and offer easy access into the city centre. Regular bus service via the Citi 2 and Park & Ride into the city centre also exists.

There is a communal garden around the back of the property and a large park at the end of the street (North Lodge Park). Milton Country Park is also close by for nature walks.
