Hello, we have a double room for rent in Cherry Hinton close to Addenbrookes and easy to get into town.
We have a large house with a shared living room, dining room, and kitchen. The bathroom is shared with only one other person. We also have a spare single bedroom that we use for storage or if people have guests to stay!
We are a warm friendly welcoming household of two professional females and we would prefer another clean, tidy, professional person to come join us!
The rent is a great price for a good location at £536 per month including council tax and tv license. This doesn’t include hills which usually come to around £80pppm. All in all should be under £600 a month for everything.
