Hi there,

We have 1 double room(700p/m), and one single room (£600p/m) available in a great location, very close to the city center, bus stops, and shops.
There is a spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, a shower room downstairs, and a bath upstairs. There is a place to lock the bikes. The washing machine is outside the kitchen in the veranda/patio.

There is one tenant already living in the house, and we are looking for two more professionals to fill the almost empty house.
All bills are included except broadband ( split the costs between tenants )
